On January 19, the national Ghost Light Project will take place at various locations around the United States. Participants will light their own “ghost light” as a way to “pledge to stand for and protect the values of inclusion, participation and compassion … ” Ideally, it takes place outside of a movie theater (a “ghost light” is what theater owners leave on in darkened theaters). But here we are, on the Internet. So why not cast your own “ghost light” into the darkness and create some peaceful alchemy today?

What light will you make? Share an image, video, poem or whatever sparks your civic imagination.
