Ever heard of predictive text poetry?
Well, it’s an art form that originated on Twitter and it combines classic poetry with the 21st century attention span of modern readers–gee, thanks @darthamcity.
Anyway, the idea is you either use the provided prompt–Roses are red…–or, follow @darthamcity’s creative example, and take the first 3 words of the first song that comes up on shuffle, then, use the words that are provided by your phone’s predictive text feature to construct a poem. Sometimes, you end up with complete nonsense. Other times, you create an unexpected masterpiece.
